  2. First of all, I just want to say thank you for the kind compliment! Secondly, don’t say you’re a bad writer. You’re not a bad writer. Like you said, you just need more practice is all. When you say things like that, then you start to believe it about yourself, and I hate it when people look at themselves in a bad way by focusing on the negative things about them. You’re just as capable of doing great things as I am.

Not many people know this about me, but I have 5 learning disabilities. Dyslexia, Autism, and ADD just to name a few, and I was bullied and grew up with not having any friends at all. Now I stand before all of them today with a something that I built from nothing, which is now evolving into this media publishing company with a magazine product line my team and I are getting ready to launch next week.

Now my point is this: Just like me, you also have extraordinary talent inside you. II’m not good at writing either, but there are people on my team who are, and I will tell you, they are really good at what they do, but I don’t compare myself to them because I know that’s not my strong suit. (As in, that is not who God made me to be.)

No, what I’m good at is leading on others, building successful teams, and making sure I can provide whenever my team calls me. That’s what I’m good at. For you, writing may not be your strong suit, but at least it’s a start.

And the only person’s expectations you need to live up to is your own. You don’t need to live up to mine or anyone else’s. I mean, most people probably couldn’t live up to mine, and I don’t mean that in a bad way because a lot of times that I’ll stay up till 2:00 A.M. in the morning, or I’ll give up lunch time to make sure everything gets taken care of.

I don’t ask my team to do anything except to follow those 5 steps I wrote out on that post before they applied to join the Millionaire’s Digest team.

And to answer your last question, sure. Just as long as they follow those 5 steps.

    Sincerely,
    K&L

      1. You need to first be under our blog name, and to do that, you need to switch over from your blog to our blog. (There should be a switch over button somewhere.) Once you’ve done that, you’ll need to be on the page where you can see our stats for the day. Now if you look in the left sidebar, there should be an “add” blog post button. Click on that, and you just type your post like you do any other post for your blog. The only difference is, is that you’re under our blog name instead of yours. Once you’re done typing out your posts, there will be a button that says submit for review, and after you click that, it will show up in my drafts and let me know that you’re finished with it so I can publish it on the Millionaire’s Digest. (As a new member, you can’t publish your own posts yet, but that’s a rule all new team members have to follow first.) Hope this answers your question!
